How do I return an item?



Refund/Return Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany returns. The Cryptozoic e-store accepts returns of unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (not including shipping costs). If you would like to return an item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization number via our customer support web site. Choose the eStore Support option when submitting your request. Please include your full name, e-mail address, original order number, the name of the item being returned, and your reason for returning it.
